I have made up a new word, something I have loved to do since childhood. Lovegistics. Here’s a potential definition: organizing and ordering life more fully around love, creativity, living life as the art form it was intended to be. Let’s reorganize our world around love and cooperation, not fear and competition. Lovegistics.
Given that this week’s Partial Solar Eclipse on the New Moon (carrying over into next week) is aligned with both Venus ~ art/love ~ and Pallas Athene ~ strategy/design ~ I think it’s a good concept. Truly astounding creative breakthroughs in the design and innovation of your life plan or creative endeavor can take hold in the coming four weeks.
Also, I will be doing a short version of the Signposts for the week of Oct 27-November 2 below, due to travel plans during this time.

As Mercury retrograde conjuncts the North Node of your evolving future, it’s time to move on something. Mercury rules logistics. Today is a great day to set your new dreams in motion with things like booking a plane ticket for a coming trip, renewing your passport, make a necessary purchase, trusting you will manifest the resources to upgrade your communication systems/business infrastructure. Mercury also rules movement. Movement is required to help you move forward. Don’t sit still today. MOVE. Move on, move forward. Just move it! Get the picture? Only you can free yourself from your own inertia. And this is fine: Venus in Libra ~ a most beauty-filled and peace-loving alignment ~ is in an exciting sextile to Mars in Sagittarius ~ enthusiastic coaching. People are kind and supportive to each other today. You may get a second wind late at night if you stay up as the efficient Virgo Moon makes a late late night square to energetic Mars in Sagittarius.

A simply fabulous rare trine of Jupiter to the South Node and sextile to North Node brings positive support to you today. The phrase “give thanks for unknown blessings already on their way”, a lovely Native American truth, is something to consciously affirm today. This is also the last day of our last Lunar cycle. It’s called the Balsamic Moon, and it is a good time to take some down time to reflect and rest. Yet the productive organized Virgo Moon isn’t oriented that way. And today this hard-working Virgo Moon also conjuncts the North Node ~ taking steps forward ~ and then Mercury. What’s the next detail you need to attend to to keep that forward momentum going?

This particular monthly conjunction of our Sun ~ your outer life ~ and Moon ~ your inner landscape ~ aligns exactly with Venus, our planetary ruler of love, artistic yearnings, ethics, aligning our financial life with our core values, and our heart chakra. This is a very influential portal of Love, influencing every soul on Earth, planting seeds of compassion and creativity for the coming four weeks. Of course, we always have a choice as to how we will receive and experience this cosmic gift. In addition, the asteroid of Pallas Athene is also conjunct this new Moon. She is ruler of creative intelligence and strategy. Alliances formed in the coming weeks, based upon common values, will greatly influence our current cultural shifts and trends. The extremely lovely energies of yesterday’s New Moon continue today. There may be a momentary terse discussion around family/relationship responsibilities first thing this morning (like last minute change of who will be picking up the kids and where) as the Libra Moon makes a square to Juno in Cancer.

Mercury, our planetary ruler of communications, technology, the internet, travel, thinking, and ideas returns to direct motion from a three week time-out/retrograde/internal reflection period. Since Mercury transited both Libra ~ relationship~ and Virgo ~ health concerns ~ this particular cycle had a lot to do with creating more open communications in all our key relationships, and continues to bring about a re-evaluation of global health practices given the current Ebola crisis. This forward shift can feel like a fresh breeze entering your life. Chances are if things broke, common in a Mercury retrograde cycle, they are now repaired, and you are ready to charge forward with your upgrades.
In addition, babies born today and tomorrow will be physically beautiful and artistic loving leaders. That’s because the two planetary Lights of Sun and Venus make an exact conjunction creating a laser of cosmic love and artistic genius.There’s more! Venus also aligns with Pallas Athene ~ the asteroid associated with creative intelligence/strategy. Let lovegistics continue to motivate you to launch exciting long-dreamed of desires. The truthful, at times overly direct, Sagittarius Moon makes a fiery conjunction with Mars at dawn, then Pluto later in the day, igniting passions of all kinds. Passion is defined as “strong and barely controllable emotion”. Both Mars and Pluto are associated with driven willfulness. Yes it is a bit of an explosive day but you can also use these energies to power through anything!

So there might be a tad of tension around who wants to go where and do what. There can just be lots and lots going on in your core relationships right now terms of counseling, re-evaluation, inner questioning. Keep exploring….

Today marks a longer-range important shift as Saturn enters true astronomical Scorpio for the coming two and a half years. Scorpio rules shared financial issues, including restructuring debt, pushes for witnessing our darker, shadowed selves so we can undergo a much need transformation as a collective in order to evolve as a species, and also pressures us to go deeper into study, education, research, inner listening. Saturn encourages us to take a more disciplined (but not harsh or judgmental) approach to life’s issues. We will all be diving deeper into our unfathomed depths, and in doing so, discover great treasure.
