Full Moon in Scorpio~Taurus
“Dive In” photo by Lyn Dalebout
As we enter the week of Full Moon, an even more important transit is taking hold of us. This week marks the formal beginning and initiation of the historic square of Saturn and Neptune. This transit is sure to be a call to action on all fronts and many vibrational levels. Who could have predicted how this initial planetary meeting would play out at the global level? It was the attacks on Paris, City of Light.
A friend told me she had a felt-premonition about a great world peace coming to Earth three days prior to the events of Friday, November 13. She said it was a strange combination of wonder, calm and excitement all rolled together. This premonition my sage friend was given is indeed a true interpretation of the energy of this awakening shift, yet sadly, Saturn often teaches us through tough love and deaths that precede birth. Saturn transits are nine months, so Saturn quite literally is the planet of giving birth to new conditions in our personal and collective lives. Saturn also pressures us to make vows, commitments, plans and to follow through. The mysterious and envisioning wisdom of Neptune guides and awakens our imagination, our compassion, our dreams, and the dream that is dreaming us.
The challenging squaring off of these two planets will call upon every one of us to act to make our dreams a reality. The actions we want and need to take will be unique and diverse to each individual as we follow-through on the guidance coming to us from our SpiritSoul purpose. For some, inaction will be the action taken, and so things might get harder for a bit. It’s very important to know that this transit is also full of magic and surprise (as my friend foresaw) as well as launching us on an accelerated learning curve. The key is to decipher your own trail of clues as you align more fully with your own true nature and all it desires.

Here is a brief synopsis of Full Moon characteristics that hold true to every Full Moon. Thanks again, Nick Anthony Fiorenza ~ lunarplanner ~
“The Full Moon marks the point of coition in the lunar cycle, the climax, the point of excitement, a time of celebration. The day just after the Full Moon is a time for the realization of the theme to emerge, of what the activities of the first half of the lunar cycle, culminating into the enthusiasm of the Full Moon, are really about. Relax and allow this realization to occur. There is no need to force it as it surfaces on its own.”
Please note: I make my posts according to the Lunar cycles, posting on the New, First Quarter, Full and Third Quarter Moons. I seek to support you in working with and within the natural flow of time and energy, which will help your life flow with more ease and grace. Also, I base my interpretations and predictions on the true sidereal astronomical alignments. Here’s a visual for you to see from Star Walk so you can see today’s Full Moon transiting sidereal Taurus:
Wed November 25
Full Moon: The sensual and let’s-keep-it-simple Moon in Taurus opposes the intimate and complex Sun in Scorpio. An opposition aspect can lead to an initial stand off as partners try differing ways of accomplishing a task. There might be discussions about how much money to spend on your upcoming banquet, some choosing frugality, others wanting only the best ingredients. This Full Moon is also deeply passionate and compels us to connect with all of life in rich and meaningful ways.
Minor grand trine: Mercury in Scorpio ~ Mars in Virgo ~ Ceres in Capricorn: A minor grand trine in astrology is an aspect of excitement and increased energy. This is good news for those of you entertaining guests or preparing a Thanksgiving day feast for tomorrow. There can be stimulating, deep conversations as you collaboratively prepare nurturing food. And Mars’s influence assures us that there will be plenty of energy to get it all done. This aspect brings a feeling of organization and well-being into you home and professional environs.
Thu November 26
Saturn in Scorpio square Neptune in Aquarius: Please re-read my above introduction describing this transformational planetary aspect. Here is some additional information. We are embarking on a nine-month birth process. Think of today as a day of conception. Seeds of intention you plant today will physically grow and mature over the coming months if you nurture them with sincere dedication and focus. By early June and then early September of 2016, this cycle will come to completion, the birth point of this cycle.
Here are the signs these two wise planets are currently transiting. Neptune is in sidereal Aquarius, a sign of compassion and being of service to all Earth’s tribes, communities, creatures. We really are awakening and rapidly evolving and we are being given a chance to demonstrate more fully what it means to create a compassionate and caring world. And as Neptune is also the planetary ruler of the ocean’s depths, the very foundation of our Earth grid is becoming more fluid and flowing. I trust many of you are having major and continuous water dreams, right?Saturn is currently transiting sidereal Scorpio, a sign associated with death and transformation, releasing old poisons, spawning a desire and willingness to dive deeper into life’s unfolding and never-ending mystery. There are so many ways this transit might play out in the coming months, from toxic spills, catastrophic water events, boatloads of tears, magical shifts, planetary heart awakenings. Remember and reclaim the miraculous gift of your imagination. Pray, intend and envision our world moving forward in the right direction of LOVE and LIGHT.
Fri November 27
Moon in Gemini square Lunar Nodes: Gemini is talkative, loves to gather facts and information, to travel, and also, to shop! Perfect for today’s global frenzy of consumption. Remember, you don’t have to participate in the old way of doing business or mindless shopping. You can reinvent rituals and gift-giving surrounding these coming HolyDays. The Moon’s decision-making square to the Lunar Nodes encourages just that. Choose to relinquish a past behavior and choose a future direction that feels better now. Our commerce and economic reality will shift as each of us becomes more conscious of the kind of businesses, products, services we want to purchase and gift to others.
Sat November 28
Moon in Gemini opposite Pluto in Sagittarius: This opposition can create stand-offs in clashing world views where each party takes sides, perhaps leading to righteousness, polarization, black and white thinking. You’ve been warned. If others take that stance, how will you choose to react? Or respond. Become an educator not agitator. Your choice, always.
Sun November 29
Sun in Scorpio square Neptune in Aquarius then conjunct Saturn: Today the illumination of our Sun triggers this week’s inspired square of Saturn and Neptune (see above). You might make a very important decision today or feel an inner certainty about what you want to commit to next, like a sudden knowing. We are all swimming in deep intuitive waters of late, so this is a good day to learn more about how your own intuitive knowing arises, and what gut instincts you can trust. And who you can trust. Neptune sometimes manifests as being deceived because we still insist on having our rose-colored glasses on. What is real and what is illusion? How will you know the difference? That’s what’s up today my friends.
Mon November 30
Moon in Cancer trine Sun/Saturn in Scorpio: This fine aspect promotes harmony, good-will and exploration within our family relationships. Cancer rules families and history in general so this an excellent day to investigate your genealogy or dig through the photo albums of your ancestors looking for clues about your own ancestry.
Tue December 1
Grand trine: Mercury in Scorpio and Uranus in Pisces and Moon in Cancer: This lovely aspect is at work on us from the early morning hours. People tend to wake up in a good mood and want to openly share and connect with others. Be enveloped in this watery field of feeling, sharing, flowing, giving, receiving.
Sun in Scorpio sextile Ceres in Capricorn: This energetic manifests as a sudden ease surrounding parenting, deep conversations with your elders. You might experience a desire to beautify your home or work environs, being willing to spend more money on something that is of a superior quality and so will last longer, making it the best value in the end.
Wed December 2
Venus and Juno conjunct in Libra: This magnetic alignment of Venus ~ what we love and value ~ with Juno ~ beloved partners and soul colleagues ~ is a divine portal creating new alliances in our lives that are full of promise, harmony, collaboration and pure love. It doesn’t get any better than this in terms of astrological alignments that bring supportive love into everyone’s lives. Yum.
Moon in Leo activates Saturn/Neptune square: This aspect makes for another day of key decisions and turning points, especially in regards to love, creativity, your children, your heart’s true desires, all aspects of the wondrous sign of Leo.
