“Night Vision” watercolor by Kathryn Mapes Turner
Every SolLunar Cycle is completely unique, influenced and informed by the larger planetary cycles spiraling in and taking root into our Earthly dimensions at any given time/space. The annual New Moon in sidereal Aquarius is always uplifting to me, but this one is particularly so given the extraordinary transformational cycles happening in 2020. Aquarius’s gift is to awaken the template of our future human selves where we thrive in the shared understanding of compassion, acceptance and willingness to solve problems in a collaborative fashion, honoring the gifts that each viewpoint brings to the table. Aquarius is symbolized by the rainbow, a visual image of the beauty of all becoming one, a cosmic Oneness, a magical bridge to realities still unfolding.
This New SolLunar Cycle is linked to the star of Deneb. Here is my friend and sidereal colleague Nick Anthony Fiorenza’s description: “Deneb inspires us to stand in the awareness of our wholeness and to participate from the maturity of unity consciousness, unbiased and beyond segregations common to modern-day mass-consciousness. This Cycle impels us to establish equipoise within ourselves, which subsequently retunes society’s discordant resonance.” Do you realize how your state of mind and heart are exceptionally important and can truly can shift the world? In this Cycle, may you cultivate more equanimity and equipoise in your being.
Also this month, the imaginative and spiritually-uplifting Sun/Neptune conjunction takes place in sidereal Aquarius on March 9. Spring Equinox occurs on March 19 at 8:50 pm MST, marking the halfway point between our two Solstices, a magical shift always. Mercury completes its retrograde on the dynamic Full Moon of March 9. And prepare for this: Mars will make a series of fiery conjunctions, triggering chaos and shifts, first to the South Lunar Node on February 25, then to Jupiter on March 20, and onto Pluto on March 21. Read more about these openings below.
Thank you, beloved friend and master painter, Kathryn Mapes Turner for the use of your recent watercolors for this post. Be sure to check out the extraordinary depth and breadth of Kathryn’s paintings here.
Readings and Sidereal Mentoring
My posts are based on the sidereal astronomical alignments. As you work with and within the natural flow of time and the supportive cosmic energies that each unique SolLunar Cycle brings, life flows with more ease, grace and understanding.
I highly encourage serious astrology students to subscribe to Nick Anthony Fiorenza’s monthly Lunar Planner. Nick is the expert and his website is a treasure trove of historical and current information and insights.
Thanks for considering a sidereal mini-reading with me for $44 or a longer reading for $88, the numbers of living your Mastery on Earth. In these short readings, I discuss key personal transits that are happening for you in 2020 and beyond. I am excited to be mentoring students individually or in groups/workshops who want to learn more about how to work with sidereal astrology in their own chart or with their clients. Send me an email if you are interested in those options, or a full Natal Map or Update. Thank you!

The New Moon is a perfect time for meditation or a quite walk—to go within self and listen.”

New SolLunar Cycle in sidereal Aquarius: Every SolLunar Cycle is completely unique, influenced and informed by the larger planetary cycles spiraling in and taking root into our Earthly dimensions at any given time/space. The annual New Moon in sidereal Aquarius is always uplifting to me, but this one is particularly so given the extraordinary transformational cycles happening in 2020 and also given the conjunction with messenger Mercury, sure to bring important news or connections. Aquarius’s gift is to awaken the template of our future human selves where we thrive in the understanding of compassion, acceptance and willingness to solve problems in a collaborative fashion, honoring the gifts that each viewpoint brings to the table. Aquarius is symbolized by the rainbow, a visual image of the beauty of all becoming one, a cosmic Oneness, a magical bridge to realities still unfolding.
