Today? Not so mild-mannered, in fact, you may feel pulled in too many directions and even encounter volatile energies erupting within you or around you as the day progresses. Mercury~the need to communicate something important/car or computer upkeep or upgrade~makes a square to the Lunar Nodes. You find yourself suddenly shifting your attention from a past focus to making future plans. An important message, letter, or oracle may land at your doorstep. And the multi-tasking, busybody, curious, sometimes emotionally split Gemini Moon aligns with exuberant Jupiter. This monthly aspect always amps up emotions, taking some people over the edge. This aspect triggers that pesky on-going square of Pluto (destruction/toxicity/detoxing) and Uranus (explosions/awakenings/breakdowns). Astrological squares manifest as potential crisis or simply the need to finally make a decision. Also, sending out prayers for calm all around can help on a day like this.

The Full Moon takes place as it rises this evening (that doesn’t always happen). Hopefully you will have clear skies where you live to experience this moment. Bathe yourself in the Light of your intuition streaming forth~ such is the gift of the Moon being lit by the Light of the Sun. The Sun is in responsible, ambitious Capricorn while the Moon will have just entered Cancer~a sign synonymous with caregiving, nurturing, moodiness. And as this Full Moon is in an almost exact square (tension/decision making) to Ceres in Libra~a desire to create balance in relationships~it seems people are becoming increasingly aware if there is a balanced reciprocity of give and take in their personal/professional relationships. This dynamic is strongly at work all week. However, before the moment of Full Moon occurs, much of the day the Moon is still in talkative Gemini and is squaring off with ‘speak your truth’ Mars. So things can get hot and direct between folks. As Mars is moving through a longer transit in sidereal Virgo, channel this energy into reading about or discussing your current health obsession with a friend. Obsessions aren’t bad, especially if we obsess, at least for the time being, toward our greater health and healthier relationship patterns. This will be another one of the gifts of this particular Full Moon.
