What an attention getting week lies ahead. I just learned of the word ‘bombogenesis’ in regards to weather patterns. It refers to extreme cyclogenesis where the dynamic convergence of climatic forces causes unprecedented storms. This week, a bombogenesis arctic storm is being predicted for North America. We also have an astrological bombogenesis happening this week. It is symbolized by fighting warrior Mars activating the Uranus/Pluto square. Concurrently, imaginative Neptune turns direct, which marks a creative turning point in your life. This all makes for a revelatory climate where secrets may be uncovered, new dreams unearthed, your next direction startlingly revealed.

This 3-day transit is so important I have to address this aspect as the major catalytic portal of change and intensity it will be for Earth, collectively, and for you, personally. On November 10, forthright, passionate, activist Mars makes a once-every-two year conjunction to Pluto, planetary ruler of how we use/abuse our power, and also relates to biological health. They unite in sidereal (real star time) Sagittarius, a sign associated with futuristic visions or extreme righteousness. This timeframe may see major historical events come to climax in breakdowns or breakthroughs. Then on November 12, when Mars makes a tense square to Uranus in Pisces ~ things could get even more explosive. But as Pisces is about caring and kindness for all, compassion may flood in to temper the fiery temperaments of the past two days.

This might be a day of rest between two days of strain. The helpful trine of Mercury in Libra to Neptune in Aquarius bodes well for dialogues of diplomacy and conversations of cooperation. Also, the gregarious and friendly Gemini Moon is in a lucky trine to the Sun in Libra which indicates people are at least making an attempt to hear each other’s point of view. As the Moon makes a decision making square to the Lunar Nodes, we are capable of leaving behind an old pattern or way of relating in search of a better way that mirrors our future self, future desires.

Honest serious discussions with an intimate partner or counselor happen naturally today and leave you feeling you are finally getting to the bottom of a long-standing puzzling issue.

This is the last day of Sun in sidereal Libra before it takes a serious turn inward, heading into the deeper waters of Scorpio for the coming month. Just after the stroke of midnight, we experience a major turning point this year. Spiritual evolved, creatively inspired Neptune returns to direct motion after being retrograde since June 9. This turning also marks a completion of events you may have set in motion way back in March 2013, especially in regards to your spiritual and artistic pursuits. Neptunian moments, like today, can help us connect with our future selves. Neptune helps us learn to trust the invisible but very real forces of the spiritual laws that direct and guide our physical lives on Earth. Or, if you are more scientifically minded, I would suggest you work first in the Quantum Field of Energy/imagination to influence the Newtonian Field of Mass, physical reality, to create a more conscious healthy life. Thoughts precede action, and imagination makes this physical world happen. In addition, Mercury makes two aspects that spark creative thinking and digging deeper into an issue or study. These aspects are Mercury making a stimulating sextile to depth-psychologist Pluto and an exact conjunction to Pallas Athene ~ ruler of strategy, creative intelligence, understanding patterns.

It’s always a serious day when our Sun makes it’s annual conjunction with Saturn ~ ruler of creating structures, making decisions, marking completions. This aspect is building today and is exact in the wee morning hours of the 18th. A supportive aspect joins this planetary mix to help us accomplish much today (that’s always the upside of transits to Saturn, we muscle through any resistance) as the hard working perfectionistic Virgo Moon sextiles Venus in Scorpio ~ driven to ensure that what we love and value will always guide our actions.
