“Drought” detail of print by Ava Reynolds
Overview
Welcome to the New SolLunar Cycle in sidereal Aquarius, linked closely with serious, focused Saturn. During the next four weeks you might feel pressure to make solid plans or commitments or notice the first spring green blessings breaking ground in your world and endeavors from seeds of intention you already set in motion. You can feel renewed discipline and focus in achieving your goals. Issues can come to a head that have needed your attention, like dental work or joint replacements as Saturn rules the teeth and bones. As both Sun and Moon align in futuristic, world-community Aquarius, it is an excellent month to focus on your friendships, make new ones, and embark upon your next level of community interests and involvement.
Also during this consequential Cycle, Neptune departs Aquarius after a fourteen-year stint that deeply transformed society in creative and spiritual ways that continue to unfold until this cycle comes round again in 165 years. Neptune enters astronomical Pisces on March 14 until 2037. Read more about that in my full post. Importantly, now Saturn is carrying the Aquarian torch until the autumn of 2025. Saturn symbolizes giving birth to new forms and ways of organizing and will concretize many ideas dreamt up in the previous years. This follow-through will bring profound shifts in how society functions. As Aquarius rules humanity in general and our friendship and social alliances in particular, many will band together doing innovative projects, create new business models and ways of living in community. Maybe it is finally time for you to purchase that piece of land or business and build visionary communities with like-hearted others!

Sidereal Astrology Mentoring and Readings
My posts are based on the true astronomical alignments of the planets with the constellations, also referred to as the sidereal zodiac. I use the phases of the Moon as the scaffold for my posts because the Moon functions like an energetic portal mediating between the heavens and our wondrous Earth. My entries are based on the aspects occurring each week as they crescendo, crest and dissipate over the course of their influence. As you work with and within the natural flow of time and the supportive cosmic energies that each unique SolLunar Cycle brings, life can flow with more ease, grace and understanding.
I delight in mentoring students—individually, with families or groups, and via workshops and conferences—who want to learn more about how to use sidereal astrology as a helpful tool for insight and awakening. Consider booking a mini-reading with me for $44 or $88, the numbers of living your Mastery on Earth. In these short readings, I discuss key personal transits that are happening for you in 2023 and beyond. Send me an email if you are interested in those options, or a full Natal Map, Update, Relationship Map, Young Adult or Child’s Map. Thank you!

Let off some steam via dancing, singing, playing, experiencing a release from the recent serious energies. As Full Moons often bring amplification to all kinds of energies, some may become out of balance creating a crisis that requires attention.

Neptune enters sidereal Pisces: Tue March 14
Neptune briefly entered sidereal Pisces last June 2022 but now begins in earnest to transit Pisces until 2037, a fourteen-year cycle. Perhaps Neptune feels most at home in Pisces as both energies rule the invisible worlds of physics and energy, the power of the imagination, creating art that both inspires and heals. The shadow aspects of this transit include getting lost in the realms of addictions or denial. It will surely bring deeper compassion for all who suffer on any level, uniting us as humans in the power of love to transform society. Onward we journey together, as one.

This tense square might create a desire to break free of strictures or rules and try something new to release recent tensions, including a new type of sport. It brings courage and endurance to athletic activities. Some take greater risks while others choose a more cautious approach.

Sun/Neptune/Mercury entering Pisces squares Mars entering Gemini: Thu March 16
The core component of this tense aspect is Mars in a once-every-two-year waxing square to Neptune. This can bring out contradictions. Mars is fiery, Neptune is watery. Neptune likes to day-dream, Mars is all about action. This is also a highly creative aspect and, as it is embedded within a Sun/Mercury alignment, our mental capacities can feel inspired or confused. Machinery, vehicles, communication systems and computers might experience unexplainable happenings or mysteriously die.

Moon/Saturn conjunction in Aquarius: Sun March 19
This monthly conjunction feels lighter to me now that they meet up in friendship, futuristic Aquarius. Commit to a date with friends or to explore collaborations together.
